Data generation and storage

There are two ways in which data is generated and stored. The first way is by the user who uses the app and data is generated and stored in order for the app to be able to support the user. The second way data is generated and stored to be able to monitor the usage of the app and send crash reports.

Data storage
There are two places at which data could be stored. The first place is the place where the app resides on the computer. This place contains user generated data, settings data, monitoring’s data, crash reports and is unencrypted. The second (optional) place is a user selected place on OneDrive. It contains user generated data and is unencrypted.

Data removal
When the app is removed from the computer, user generated data, settings data and monitoring’s data located at the location of the app is always removed (by Windows). Data which is stored on OneDrive will not be removed. The app has a function to remove this data.

Data sharing
There are two ways in which data could be shared. The first way is on indication by the user to be able to use the app on another computer of the user. The second way is sharing monitoring’s data and crash reports in order to be able to fix possible mistakes and evaluate the usage of the app. The app also sends ad requests to be able to show ads in the app. The app will not share user generated data or personal data.
